Holidays - No Collection
Alaska Waste provides residential collection services on every holiday in Ketchikan except:
- Thanksgiving Day: Office Closed. Collection delayed to Friday, Nov. 29.
- Regular Collection for Friday customers (Nov. 29).
- Christmas Eve: Office Closed. Regular Collection Schedule.
- Christmas Day: Office Closed. Collection delayed one day, to Thursday, Dec. 26.
- Regular Collection for Thursday and Friday customers (Dec. 26 and 27).
- New Years Eve: Office Open. Regular Collection Schedule.
- New Years Day: Office Closed. Collection delayed one day, to Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025.
- Regular Collection for Thursday and Friday customers (Jan. 2 and Jan 3).
